Clarisa Strack van Schyndel
COCO Pilates Studio Owner & Pilates Instructor
I found Pilates in 2007, at a time when
I was looking for relief and found so much more.
What began as a personal practice soon
became
a calling, and I’ve been teaching
full-time since 2016.
With extensive training across mat, reformer,
and specialised techniques, and the guidance
of incredible mentors, I focus on purposeful, personalised movement - helping clients feel
stronger, more connected, and supported
in every stage of their journey.

Saadia Kirsten Jantjes
Pilates Instructor
Rooted in rehab. Inspired by movement.
As a physiotherapist, I’ve always been fascinated
by the body - how it moves, adapts, and heals.
But it wasn’t until after having my son in 2018
that I discovered Pilates as a way to reconnect with strength and discipline in a whole new way. Since then, I’ve trained in mat and reformer Pilates, combining
it with my clinical background to support people
in moving pain-free, with confidenceand purpose.
My teaching is grounded in real-life goals,
whether it’s ditching the crutches, building strength,
or just feeling better in your body.

Ayesha Sindhi
Pilates Instructor
Energetic, precise, and all about the burn.
I’m passionate about movement that feels
as good as it looks - combining strength, flow,
and a touch of fun. My classes are designed
to challenge you with purpose, leaving you
feeling energised, aligned, and empowered.
I teach using the STOTT method, blending mat,
reformer, barre, and pre/postnatal training to help
you move with confidence and intention.

Vee Kawa
Pilates Instructor
Intentional, inclusive, and always evolving.
I fell in love with Pilates over a decade ago and that
ove has travelled with me around the world. Today,
I teach with a focus on body neutrality, accessibility,
and mindful challenge.
Expect contemporary Pilates with a twist: dynamic
flows, space to grow, and classes designed to meet
you where you are, without pressure or judgement.

Tomi Bamigboye
Pilates Instructor
Mindful movement with a medical foundation.
As a medical doctor and certified STOTT Pilates instructor, I bring a grounded, evidence-based approach to movement - focused on longevity,
injury prevention, and deep body awareness.
After nearly a decade of personal practice,
I formalised my training in 2023 to help others
build strength, flexibility, and confidence
through mindful, functional movement.
My goal is to support each client in feeling stronger, moving better, and living well—for life.

Kristen Hattingh
Pilates Instructor
Supportive, intuitive, and heart-led.
With certifications in Pilates and a background
in yoga, I bring a thoughtful blend of strength,
breath, and flow to every class. My goal is to help
you feel strong, balanced, and empowered,
wherever you are in your journey.
Outside the studio, I’m a psychology student,
community volunteer, and passionate creative.
Whether I’m leading a class, painting in the studio,
or working toward becoming a counselling
psychologist, my purpose is always the same:
to support others inreconnecting with themselves.

Eryn Tuckett
Pilates Instructor
Empowering, present, and deeply connected.
Pilates started as a challenge but quickly became
a calling. After years of feeling disconnected from movement, I found a practice that helped me tune in,
build strength, and soften my relationship
with my body. With a background in boxing
and pole, I bring a dynamic, energetic edge
to my classes - balanced with breath, presence,
and a lot of heart.
I aim to create space for laughter, connection,
and growth - so you leave feeling stronger, lighter,
and more in love with what your body can do.

Xenia Damaskinos
Pilates Instructor
Driven by rhythm, grounded in flow.
With a background in dance, movement has always been my language. I fell in love with Pilates through COCO and now, as an intern,
I’m deepening
my practice from the inside out.
My classes are musically driven and rooted
in the Pilates fundamentals, blending control,
core connection, and flow - with just the right amount
of burn. I aim to create a space that strengthens
you mentally, physically, and emotionally - leavingyou feeling energised, uplifted, and in tune with youself.

Alessandra Sav
Pilates Instructor
Grounded, intentional, and globally inspired.
Originally from Italy, I discovered Pilates
as a way to reconnect with my body and stayed
for how deeply it transforms both strength
and self-awareness. Certified through Club Pilates,
I’ve taught across cultures, combining clear technique
with a thoughtful, results-driven approach.
My classes are challenging yet accessible,
rooted in form, focus, and steady progress.
My goal is to help you build strength you can see,
and connection you can feel - through movement
that feels meaningful, not just physical.

Amy Bokoba
Pilates Instructor
Supportive, encouraging, and full of heart.
From client to instructor, my journey with Coco
has come full circle and I’m so grateful to now hold space for others as they grow in strength
and confidence.
With a special focus
on pre- and postnatal Pilates, I bring both personal experience and professional care to every class.
My goal is to guide you with empathy,
encouragement, and a whole lot of joy.
